Pictures may be emailed to wood@woodfuneralhome.com or brought into the funeral home. We would be happy to scan your pictures. Please let us know where on the program you want each one to appear.

The form can be filled out on your computer and emailed to wood@woodfuneralhome.com or printed and filled out by hand. If you fill it out by hand, please bring the completed form to the funeral home or fax it to 208-522-5413.
