Tammy Ann Forsythe, 54, of Idaho Falls, passed away January 15, 2021, at her home.
Tammy was born May 11, 1966, in Sacramento, California, to Raymond William Pratt and Sharon Lucille Carson Pratt. She grew up in California and graduated from Hiram Johnson High School.
On February 14, 2005, she married David Lyman Forsythe in Sacramento, California. Tammy and David made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where Tammy was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In her ward, she loved to plan and carry out activities. She also owned her own Tupperware business and was a member of Beauty Society. At home, she loved her pets–especially her dog, Mel. Of all the hats she wore, she loved being Grandma most. Her family was everything to her. Tammy will always be remembered as a happy person who loved smiley faces.
Tammy is survived by her loving husband, David; 3 sons; 2 daughters; sisters, Julie Backman and Cyndee Pratt; and 7 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sharon Lucille Eversult; and step-father, Theodor Eversult; and her father, Raymond Pratt.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 23, 2021, at the Idaho Falls 2nd Ward, 885 S. Boulevard Street, with Bishop Strobel officiating.
