Tammie Fletcher Obituary

Tammie Jo Fletcher, 57, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, passed away January 14, 2023.

Tammie was born May 26, 1965, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Douglas Lamont Taylor Sr. and Eleanor Marie Taylor. She grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Skyline High School.

She made her home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where she worked for 20 years as a custodian for ISU. She married Darryl Fletcher, and they later divorced.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed watching 49ers games, fishing, cooking, baking, playing games, playing pool, and sleep-overs with nephews and nieces.

Tammie is survived by her loving brothers, Douglas L. (Peggy) Taylor Jr. of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Alvin (Jessie) Taylor of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Todd L. (Andrea) Taylor of Idaho Falls, Idaho; sisters, Debra M. Shell of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Shelley L. Taylor of Idaho Falls, Idaho; and nephew, Jason Shell of Idaho Falls, Idaho.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Douglas L. Taylor Sr. and Eleanor Marie Taylor; and her brother, Dennis L. Taylor.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 21, 2023, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Avenue, with Bishop Robert Neibert officiating. The family will visit with family and friends from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. prior to services. Burial will be in the Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery.
