Michelle Davis

Michelle Davis, 45, of Idaho Falls, ID, died October 18, 2021, at EIRMC, following a non-covid illness, surrounded by family and friends.

She was born February 22, 1976, to J.S. Davis and Bruce Griffiths. Michelle grew up in Idaho Falls, ID, and Bountiful, UT.

She is survived by her very special Cane Corso fur-baby, Hercules; her mother, J.S. Davis; sister, Tasha (Jim) Campbell; uncle, Jim (Bonnie) Fields; niece, Lindsay (A.J.) Didier; nephew, Zachary Campbell; niece, Payton Campbell; and great nieces, Charlotte and Olive Didier; and great nephew, Parker Didier.

She was preceded in death by her loving grandparents.

Michelle graduated from Skyline High School in 1994, and studied at Idaho State University. She enjoyed working in customer service throughout the years at stores around Idaho Falls, and staying in touch with the community.

A true goth and punk-rock girl, Michelle also enjoyed fishing, understanding and communing with nature, keeping in touch with family (especially her nieces and nephews), enjoying all kinds of music but especially hard rock and punk, rock hounding, and she was always yearning for a better world.

She always placed a great deal of importance on her tattoos, that signified special people and times in her life. She was a big believer in medical miracles and in the value of helping others - a belief she expressed after passing away by being an organ donor, giving others a chance at a better life. She was often nostalgic and sentimental. She loved her family and friends unconditionally and supported them in any way she could. If you knew Michelle, you knew that Halloween was her favorite holiday.

Michelle was never attached to any particular religion and adopted bits and pieces to form her own unique spirituality. She was always fascinated with the wonders of science and loved the beauty and power of mother nature.

The family would like to express their deep appreciation to the ICU medical staff at EIRMC for their exceptional care and compassion that was provided to Michelle during her stay.
