Click Here To View Memorial Video MARY LOU KNOLL Mary Lou McGahan Knoll, 76, of Idaho Falls passed away June 8, 2013 at her home. She was under the care of Access Home Health and Hospice. She was born June 8, 1937 in Germfask, Michigan to Abie Ned McGahan and Flossie Claire Jones McGahan. She attended school and graduated from Newberry High School in Newberry, Michigan. She married George Charles Knoll on July 9, 1957 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Mesa Arizona LDS Temple in 1971. The major part of her life was spent in the Michigan area until she moved to the west living in Wyoming, Utah and finally Idaho. She was a homemaker, mother and excellent wife. She loved to cook and go fishing. Mary is survived by her husband, George of Idaho Falls, Idaho; Daughter, Melody (James) Grivet, of Menan, Idaho; Son, George Jake (Denise) Knoll of Casper, Wyoming; Daughter, Kathleen Kim (George) Mayne of Cedar City, Utah; Daughter, Vernice Knoll of Newberry Michigan; Son, Stephen Knoll of Rock Springs, Wyoming; Daughter, Ann Marie Knoll of North Dakota; Brother, Julias McGahan of Curtis, Michigan; Brother, Harland McGahan of Michigan; Sister, Verla Burton of Germfask, Michigan; Sister, Lena Sutton of Curtis, Michigan; 37 Grandchildren and 38 Great Grandchildren She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and five sisters and one granddaughter. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at the Brookview Ward (1925 E. 49th South ) the family will visit with friends from 12:00-12:45 p.m. prior to the services at the church. Burial will be in Annis Little Butte Cemetery.
