Mary Fox Schenck, 66, of Idaho Falls, passed away February 14, 2020, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
Mary was born February 7, 1954, in Gillette, WY, to William “Billy” Oliver and Betty Jane Goltz Oliver. In 1976, she married Edward Allen Schenck in Idaho Falls. Mary and Edward made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where Mary worked in food service for 40 years.
Mary taught Sunday School and enjoyed music ministry; she was a talented guitarist and singer/songwriter. She enjoyed visiting with family and friends, crafting, crocheting, and sharing the gift of music. She loved playing games until the sun came up and laughing till our cheeks hurt.
Mary is survived by her daughters, Angel (Scott) Terry of Firth, ID, Brittany (Brett) Judkins of Idaho Falls, ID, and Amanda (Tim) MacInnes of Marysville, WA; son, Adam (Melanie) Schenck of Idaho Falls, ID; brother, David Moore of Fallon, NV; 12 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Schenck; parents, William “Billy” Oliver and Betty Jane Kinney; brothers, Marty Moore and Fredrick "Jake" Oliver; daughter, Michelle Fox; and grandson, Jacob Klabenes.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 25, at Kate Curley Park at 1:00 p.m.
