Kathy Lynn (Andrus) Quick

Kathy Lynn Quick, 78, of Idaho Falls, passed away March 28, 2024, at Lily & Syringa Assisted Living Center.

Kathy was born July 17, 1945, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Ernest Le Roy Andrus and Ruth Marian Jacobson Andrus. She grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Bonneville High School.

On June 20, 1970, she married John Mack Quick in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Kathy and John made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where they raised their family. Kathy owned Antique Gallery Antique Store.

Kathy enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, and fishing, and she loved antiques.

Kathy is survived by her children, Tony (Michelle) Clark-Quick of Ammon, ID, Chris (Susie) Quick of Ammon, ID, and Timothy Scott (Heather) Quick of Idaho Falls, ID; siblings, Pam Halverson of Idaho Falls, ID, and Ernie Andrus of Salmon, ID; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John, parents, Ernie and Ruth, and sisters, Jackie Bell, and Linda Andrus.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue, Idaho Falls, Idaho. The family will visit with friends from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. prior to the services.
