On Thursday, September 29, 2022, Gayle White Bush, loving mother of seven children, passed away at the age of 77 in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
Gay was born February 16, 1945, in San Fernando, California, to Gayle Charles White and H. Maydell Sawyer White. She grew up and attended schools in Sepulveda, California, and attended Fulton Junior High School, graduating from Monroe High School. She also attended Brigham Young University in Provo.
On July 30, 1966, she married Bryant Bush in the Los Angeles Temple. Gay and Bryant made their home in Idaho Falls where Gay was a mother and homemaker.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Gay was extraordinarily loving and charitable toward others, often taking in family members, friends, and even strangers who were in need. She unselfishly volunteered at her church and in any situation that she felt she could help and she did her best to teach her children to do the same. She enjoyed crochet, cake decorating, and playing piano.
Gay is survived by her sons, Bryant (Penney), Joseph (Andrea), Rex (Jen), and Daniel (April); daughters, Kimberly (Kim), Lynn, and Diana (Mark); brother, Al (Erin); 24 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
