I met Don in 1986 while we were stationed on the USS Canopus (AS-34) in Kings Bay, GA. We performed the environmental monitoring every quarter in Kings Bay and Port Canaveral, FL. Met Don again when he came to Idaho working at the INL for Fluor Idaho. He will be greatly missed.

I met Don a few years back when he came to work for Fluor Idaho in the training department.  He could always tell you what national day it was and I looked forward to that. He was a very likable man. Everyone liked Don. God speed my friend. You will be missed.

I worked with Donnell at a couple of TVA locations. He was a great friend, and will be missed.

I sure loved Don. In the short time I had to get to know him, I couldn't have found a more pleasant, fun, and friendly person to work with. Every day I saw Don, he made my day that much better, and I'm sure it was the same for everyone who knew him. Rest in peace, my friend!
