Bryan Clair Lloyd, 55, lost his battle with depression on June 11, 2022, in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Bryan was born in Pocatello, Idaho, on January 16, 1967, to Susan Kathryn Holbrook Bergeman and Jon Clair Barrett.
Bryan attended culinary arts school at Idaho State University. He learned to bake artisan bread in San Francisco. Bryan opened the A Street Soup Market in Idaho Falls, which was popular with the downtown lunch crowd. Bryan also taught cooking classes at Rush’s Kitchen Supplies. He was passionate about cooking, baking, photography, and music. He had many relatives and friends who loved him and he will be greatly missed.
Bryan’s greatest joy in his life were his children who he adored. He provided many fun experiences by taking them to a Cowboys NFL game, Lagoon, Yellowstone National Park and rock concerts. He leaves behind his children, Andrew Lloyd, Annabelle Lloyd, and Charles Meadows.
He is survived by his mother, Susan and stepfather, Jerry Bergeman; his three sisters, Shelley Weir (Craig), Sydney Gibson (Rob), and Stacey Stoddard (Carl); stepbrothers, Kevin Jenkins, Kendal Jenkins (Shauna), Brian Jenkins (Nanette), and Darin Bergeman. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles and cousins who loved and admired him.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jon Barrett, and his son, Dylan Lloyd.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 18, 2022, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road, Ammon, Idaho. The family will visit with friends Friday from 6:30-8 p.m. and Saturday from 10-10:45 a.m. prior, both visitations will be held at Wood East Side. Interment will be in Ammon Cemetery.
