Yvonna M. Johnson - 08/16/2002 Yvonna M. Johnson - 08/16/2002 YVONNA JOHNSON IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Yvonna “Bonna” Johnson, 68, passed away August 14, 2002 after a short illness. She is survived by her loving husband of 18 years, Bill, and her sons, Mike, Chuck, Slade and Derick who meant the world to her. Beloved grandmother of Katie, Shawn, Ryan, Tyce, Brittney and Ronson and much loved mother-in-law and friend to Dana, Sheryl, Lisa and DeAnn. She is also survived by two brothers, David and Bobby, and their families. Bonna was a devoted mother and grandmother, and her favorite times were those spent surrounded by her family. She also enjoyed dancing and traveling with her husband, and getting together with friends. Before she retired, Bonna was a dedicated secretary/bookkeeper for over 45 years, mostly in the construction industry. At Bonna's request, services and burial will be held at Wood East Side Chapel (963 South Ammon Road) in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Burial will be in Fielding Memorial Park where she will be near her cherished mother, Sweetheart, who preceded her in death. Bonna knew how much she was loved. We hope she somehow knows just how much she will be missed. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m Monday, August 19, 2002, at the Wood East Side Chapel, 963 South Ammon Road, Idaho Falls. The family will visit with friends on Sunday from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. and for one hour prior to the services on Monday, both at Wood East Side Chapel.
