Norwood B. “Woody” Warner, 90, of Idaho Falls, passed away March 1, 2014, at his home of cancer. He was under the care of Hands of Hope Hospice.
Woody was born September 6, 1923, in Rawlins, Kansas, to Bert Warner and Elsie Swanson Warner. He grew up and attended schools in Rawlins and graduated from Rawlins High School. He served as a Medic in the U. S. Army during World War II.
On March 4, 2006, he married Margaret Antkowiak in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Woody and Marge made their home in Idaho Falls. Woody worked as a engineer for a Wyoming coal plant.
He was a member of the Idaho Falls Berean Baptist Church. He enjoyed the outdoors, nature, and playing pool with his friends.

Sister, Arlene Klase of Galena, MT,
Sister, Marjorie (Boyce) Wilson of Rogers, AK.
6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Gerald Warner, of Dewitt, Michigan.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 8, 2014, at Berean Baptist Church, 2975 East First Street, with Pastor Todd Wood officiating. The family will visit with friends following the services at the church. Military Rites will be performed by the Bonneville County Veterans Memorial Team and Idaho Honor Guard.
