Woody Hix

Woody Ray Hix, 59, of Idaho Falls, passed away December 21, 2011, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. Woody was born December 15, 1952, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Woodrow Wilson Hix and Irene Elsworth Hix. He grew up and attended schools in the area, graduating from Idaho Falls High School. Woody married Victoria Lyn Ritchie. He worked as a painter. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Woody enjoyed fishing and loved spending time with his family. Survivors are: Daughter: Angela (Willie) Woods, Idaho Falls Son: Cory (Sarah) Hix, Idaho Falls Son: Jeremy Hix, Idaho Falls Sister: Deborah Elsworth Hix, New York 6 Grandchildren He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife. Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge, Idaho Falls.
