Over the years, I grew very fond of him and looked forward to our yearly meetings. Year after year he would drive himself to our office and he was always fully prepared (every year without fail). He made my job so much easier and more enjoyable. I have never met a more wonderful man in all my time with IHFA. I am so sorry to hear of his passing . . . You will be in my thoughts and prayers.. I will truly miss him. Rusti Werner rustiw@ameri-title.com Uncle Bill was the best Uncle I ever had. I will truly miss his laugh.
