WILLIAM K. KISHIYAMA
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- William “Bill” Kioshi
Kishiyama, 82, of Idaho Falls, died December 26, 2004, at his home.
He was born March 24, 1922, in McCammon, to Jingoro Kishiyama
and Tetsuko Kawamura Kishiyama. He grew up and attended schools in McCammon.
Later he attended a mechanic school in Los Angeles, California. During
World War II, he served in the United States Army as a Staff Sergeant
and saw combat in Italy as part of the all Japanese 442nd Regiment.
On February 14, 1943, he married Ada Tamiko Mori in Idaho
Falls. He and his wife owned and operated Ada's Cafe for over 50 years.
He was an avid fisherman and outdoor sportsman.

Brother: Stanley Kish
8 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandchild.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Joe Kishiyama, 2 sisters, Yoneko
and Fumiko, 1 grandson, Chet Kishiyama and 1 great grandson, Nathan Kishiyama.
Graveside Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday,
December 30, 2004, at Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will visit with friends
from 12:30 p.m. until they leave for the cemetery at Wood Funeral Home
(273 N. Ridge).
Military Rites will be performed by the Bonneville County
Veterans Team.
