I personally never knew him as Don. It was always "Big Andy" to most of us at the Chem Plant. Big Andy was not only a great Supervisor in the Operations group he was a father figure and he advised us well. He was a great man and I feel privileged to have known and worked with him. We are deeply sorry for your loss. He will be missed but now he can look down on us all and shine a light to show our way.
Give'm Hell Big Andy.
