Wesley White

In loving memory of our beloved father, grandfather, and great grandfather, Wesley "Wes" Warren White, who passed away August 13, 2017, at his home.

Wes was born March 28, 1933, in Great Falls, Montana, to William White and Ruby Swift White. He was one of the youngest in a large family who eventually settled in Eastern Idaho.

The most profound time of Wes’s life, of which he was most proud, was his tour of duty throughout the entire Korean War. Wes and his four older brothers all came home safely with Wes being the most decorated, including a Silver Star.

In 1955, he married M. Elaine Mellies in Idaho Falls. To this union were born two sons: Randy and Scott. They later divorced. He married Toni Worlton and they had one son: Blake. She preceded him in death in 1980. Wes lived a simple life of hard work, followed by a content retirement. He loved his baseball and time visiting with his children.

Wesley is survived by his children, Randy, Scott, and Blake; his sister, Salley Mae; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, seven siblings, and his former wife, Toni.

"We miss you dearly, Dad, and wish you were still here with us."
