Wesley Egbert

Wesley D. Egbert, 48, of Idaho Falls, passed away February 9, 2017, at his home. Wes was born October 31, 1968, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Darwin Lynn Egbert and Marsha Tapp Egbert. He grew up and attended schools in Magna, Utah, and graduated from Cyprus High School. On October 30, 1993, he married Kimberly Clark in Magna, Utah. Wes and Kim made their home in Salt Lake City, Utah, where Wes worked as a custodian for Salt Lake City International Airport. In November of 2006, Wes and Kim moved to Idaho Falls. He was a member of The Eagle Rock Vineyard Church in Idaho Falls. Wes enjoyed working on cars, playing basketball, model cars, and meeting his friends for coffee. Wes is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Kimberly Egbert of Idaho Falls, ID; father, Darwin Egbert of UT; brother, Hebigael Olmedo of Idaho Falls, ID; brother, Jesse Egbert of UT; sister, Katrina (Ervin) Sweat of Eureka, UT; sister, Carrie Egbert of UT; and his grandmother, Maxine Tapp of Idaho Falls, ID. He was preceded in death by a nephew, Scott Egbert. Private family services will be held at a later date.
