Wayne Kremer

Wayne John Kremer, 93, of Idaho Falls, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2013, at his home with his great granddaughter. He was born June 24, 1919, in Lesterville, South Dakota, to John W. Kremer and Hattie Beadlestone Kremer. He grew up and attended schools in the area. He joined the U.S. Army and served his country during World War II. On October 9, 1940, he married Lemma Annie Goodson. In April of 1944, their marriage was solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple. He worked for Bonneville County Road and Bridge. His wife, Lemma, preceded him in death on December 19, 1998. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Wayne enjoyed fishing and fly tying. He lived with his great granddaughter, Jessica, her husband, and their three children and appreciated the kindness and loving care they gave him. Survivors are: Son: Ronald Kremer of Blackfoot, ID; 6 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren He was preceded in death by his wife, Lemma, and a daughter, Linda Kremer. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 28, 2013, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge, with Bishop Jerry Tomlinson of the Idaho Falls LDS Sage View Ward officiating. The family will visit with friends from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. Thursday at Wood Funeral Home.
