Wanda Wilson

Wanda May Wilson, 99, of Idaho Falls, passed away April 6, 2011, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. Wanda was born April 14, 1911, in Hibbard, Idaho, to Hans Jensen and Isabell “Bell” Smith Jensen. She attended schools in Hibbard. She married Robert “Bob” Wilson. He preceded her in death. She worked as a beautician. She lived in Rexburg and Salt Lake prior to moving to Idaho Falls 30 years ago. Wanda has resided at Fairwinds Retirement Center for the last nine years. Wanda enjoyed dancing and shopping. She loved working in the beauty shop where her clients were not only friends, but extended family. Survivors include: Nephew: Dean Algood of Rigby, ID Niece: Phyllis Nef of Rexburg, ID Niece: Marjorie Thompson of Idaho Falls, ID and many great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; a sister, Geneva Neeley; brothers, Mausdon Jensen, R.T. Jensen, Bernell Jensen; and a niece, Bernice Jensen. Dedication of the grave will be at Noon Saturday, April 9, 2011 at the Rexburg Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Ave.
