WEEKS IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Walter Jess Weeks, 76, of Rigby, ID, died September 12, 2002, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center from natural causes. He was born July 8, 1926 in Irwin, Idaho to Jess Weeks and Charlotte Opal Marshall Weeks. He attended grade school in Irwin and graduated from Ririe High School. He lived in Irwin until ten years ago when he moved to the Labelle area. He married Reida Sanderson December 29, 1948 in Idaho Falls. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. She preceded him in death November 2, 1990. He married Wanda Hunting January 10, 1992 in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. He was a farmer and raised sheep and cattle. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed farming, gardening and riding his 4-wheeler. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m Monday, September 16, 2002, at the LaBelle LDS 2nd Ward, 4223 East 528 North, Rigby, with Bishop James Bazil officiating. The family will visit with friends on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Weeks home, 356 North 4500 East, Rigby, and for one hour prior to the services on Monday at the church.
