Waite was born November 8, 1915, in Las Vegas, Nevada, to Waite H. Davis and Mary Hartley Davis. He was a mechanic by trade.
Waite is survived by his son, Paul Davis of Jackson, WY.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Waite H. & Mary Hartley Davis.
