Vivian worked for almost 30 years as the Chief Admitting Clerk at St. John’s Hospital in Oxnard, California. Vivian was active in the Wally Bryan Caravan Club International Tri-County Unit in Southern California for many years. She was President of that unit in 1994. Vivian and her husband, as members of this unit, traveled throughout all of the lower 48 United States and all of the Canadian Provinces on many caravans and with friends on private outings. It was a sad day when they had to sell their Airstream trailer in the Spring of 2005. Vivian’s health due to Lou Gehrig’s disease, (ALS), curtailed their trailering Vivian has many friends in the Camarillo, Ventura area, as well as in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, with whom she kept in close contact. Vivian was an exceptionally talented person whose needlepoint, afghans and sewing projects were beautiful and delicate works of art.. Vivian was a very compassionate and loving person, who accepted everyone and easily returned her love to all. We will miss her smiles, her wonderful sense of humor and the ability to make you feel so good just knowing her. We love you dearly, Vivian. God bless.
