Virginia Isom Sucher

VIRGINIA SUCHER IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Virginia Lucille Isom Sucher, 83, of Idaho Falls, passed away December 12, 2005, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center of natural causes. She was born September 8, 1922, in Berryville, Arkansas, to Herman Isom and Beatrice H. Duvall Isom. The family moved to Twin Falls, Idaho, where grew up. She married Lloyd Myron Sucher November 5, 1943, in Twin Falls, Idaho. They resided in Jerome, Idaho, Hawthorne, Nevada, and in Idaho Falls for the last 45 years. She was a homemaker and mother. She was preceded in death by her husband who died September 3, 2001. She enjoyed fishing and camping. Virginia especially loved her grandchildren and enjoyed hearing about their achievements. Surviving are: Son: Lanny (Louisa) Sucher of Twin Falls, ID Son: Danny (Diane) Sucher of Idaho Falls, ID Daughter: Mary (Jim) Prestidge of Aberdeen, ID Daughter: Linda (Kent) Chapple of Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Kenneth (Wanda) Isom of Caldwell, ID Sister: Norma Prestidge of Twin Falls, ID 8 Grandchildren & 8 Great Grandchildren She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Lloyd, and four brothers. Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 15, 2005, at Fielding Memorial Park. The family will visit with friends from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Thursday at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge.
