Virginia Frances Stultz, 94, of Idaho Falls, passed away November 24, 2022, at her home. She was under the care of Enhabit Home Health and Hospice.
Virginia was born October 10, 1928, in Halifax, North Carolina, to Jesse Hyman Holdford and Gertrude Onessa Elks Holdford. She grew up and attended schools in North Carolina until she was a teenager, at which time her family moved to Baltimore, Maryland.
On December 7, 1945, she married George Barber Stultz in Baltimore, Maryland. Virginia and George would later make their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
Virginia was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Genealogy was her passion in life, but she also loved to read and learn about everything. She collected antiques her whole life and refinished a lot of pieces.
Virginia is survived by her loving daughter, Charlotte Marie (Charles) Goodin of Logan, UT; 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, son, George Kim Stultz, daughter, Joyce Carlene Stultz, and her siblings.
Small memorial services will he held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at the Highland Park Ward, 955 Memorial Drive, Idaho Falls, Idaho, with David Neitzel officiating. The family will meet with friends from 12-12:45 p.m. prior at the church. Burial will be in the Iona Cemetery.
