Margaret Virginia Kyner Jancewicz, 96, of Victor, Idaho, passed away January 29, 2013 at Homestead Homes in Rexburg. She was under the care of Solace Hospice.
Virginia was born July 22, 1916, in Humeston, Iowa, to Roy Kyner and Mary Ford Kyner. She grew up in Humeston, where she graduated from Mormon Trails School and continued her education at the University of Iowa. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree and worked in nursing.
She met and married Victor Jancewicz and together they had three children.
She was a member of the Philanthropic Education Organization (PEO), chapter BI. She also enjoyed reading and knitting.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; and her son, Frank Jancewicz.
A gathering will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge. She will be buried at Last Chance Cemetery in Wayne County, Iowa, sometime this summer.
