Click Here To View Memorial Video Virginia Lee Palmer Hoffmann, 42, of Iona, passed away February 25, 2014, at her home of cancer. She was under the care of One Source Hospice. Virginia was born January 19, 1972, in St. George, Utah, to Wendell Blain Palmer and Vicki Lynn Hunt Palmer. She grew up and attended schools in Clinton and graduated from Clearfield High School. She also attended ISU where she earned an Associate's Degree. On June 21, 1991, she married Michael Lynn Hoffmann in Clinton, Utah. To this union were born two sons, Jesse and Kindell. They were later divorced. Virginia made her home in Iona, Idaho, for the past thirteen years. Virginia worked as a general manager for Java Express, Arctic Circle, and Bella Vita Coffee House. She enjoyed being a mother, serving as a Barista, fishing, camping, going for rides, getting Heise pizza, golfing, and she loved Stella (her camp trailer). Virginia is survived by her son, Jesse (Alexis) Hoffmann of Shelley, ID; son, Kindell (Sarah) Hoffmann of Shelley, ID; parents, Vicki and Wendell Palmer of Gunlock, UT; sister, Wendy White of Clearfield, UT; brother, Brandon (Joelle) Palmer of Clinton, UT; sister, Jessica Palmer of Clinton, UT. She was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Blain Palmer, grandparents, Ivan and Jesse Hunt, and Ray and Melba Palmer. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 1, 2014, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road, with Bishop Randy Smith officiating. The family will visit with friends on Friday from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., and from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. on Saturday prior to services, both times at the funeral home.
