Vincent Leroy Weston

Vincent LeRoy Weston, 56, of Idaho Falls, passed away October 19, 2021, at his home.

Vincent was born April 30, 1965, to LeRoy Otto Weston and Juanita Marie Barton Weston in Rexburg, Idaho. He was their second child, but the only son. He attended school in Idaho Falls, Tetonia, and Driggs. After graduating high school in Idaho Falls, he furthered his education at the University of Minnesota, BYU, and Idaho State University where he received his Bachelor's Degree.

He loved ski racing and was on the Targhee, Idaho Falls, U of M, and BYU ski teams. He also enjoyed rock hounding, but mostly the finished product from tumbling and polishing the stones with his great niece, Kady. The last several years, he has enjoyed gardening and comparing tomato size with the neighbor.

Vincent remained a bachelor, but he found surrogate children in his nieces and nephews, spending many hours teaching and teasing them. He always wanted to be their “Uncle Buck.”

He is survived by his father, LeRoy Weston; sisters, Jacque Larsen, Jennifer (Brett) Ballard, and Victoria (Randy) Weston, all of Idaho Falls; his nieces and nephews, Kira (Erik) Young, Eden (Mark) Speirs, Keegan (Juliene) Weston, Ace Ballard; and his great nieces and nephew.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents and mother, Juanita Weston.
