Victoria Rae Ward

Victoria Rae Ward, 62, of Rigby, Idaho, passed away April 22, 2023, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

Victoria was born June 15, 1960, in Rigby, Idaho, to Don and Lonnie Byington. She grew up and attended schools in Ririe and graduated from Ririe High School.

She met Rodney Ward in Idaho Falls where they dated and married. They made their home in Ririe, Idaho, where they lived for several years, and enjoyed the birth of two boys. After living in Ririe they lived in several places including California, Ucon (Idaho), Arizona, and Tillamook. They later divorced. Victoria settled in Idaho Falls in 2009.

She enjoyed fishing, frogs, art, family, and her precious grandchildren.

Victoria is survived by her loving son, Charlie "Chuck" (Alicia) Ward of Idaho Falls, ID; grandsons, Tyler, Jaxson, and Ryker; brother, Michael (Holly) Byington of Spokane, WA; sisters, Patti, and Tara Byington Martineau of San Tan Valley, AZ.

She was preceded in death by her son, Thomas E.Ward; father, Don Byington; and mother, Lonnie Byington.

Private family services will be held.
