Vern Milo Ford

Vern Milo Ford, 57, of Idaho Falls, passed away May 25, 2024, at his home. He was under the care of OneSource Home Health and Hospice and his loving family.

Vern was born August 26, 1966, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Vern Daniel Ford and Emely LaVon Campbell Ford. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and attended Skyline High School

On October 5, 1990, he married Debbie Lee Getsinger  in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She was the love of Vern’s life and his best friend. Vern and Debbie made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where Vern worked as a HVAC Installer for Conan Heating and Air Conditioning. He loved his job and those he worked with.

Vern enjoyed hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. He was always willing to help others and worked on tractors and enjoyed farming.

Vern is survived by his wife, Debbie Lee Ford of Idaho Falls, ID; father, Vern Daniel Ford; son, Emery Shane (Megan Jepson) Ford of Idaho Falls, ID; step-daughter, Amanda (Cooper Strolberg) Christensen of Idaho Falls, ID; step-son, Tim Christensen of Caldwell, ID; step-son, Robert Christensen of Caldwell, ID; three sisters, Ronda Hager of HI, Cindy (Jason) Forman of Idaho Falls, ID, and Linda (Tim) Henze of Idaho Falls, ID; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Emely LaVon Ford; grandparents, Milo and Lula Ford; sister, Jackie Whitmill; step-mother, Linda Ford; and uncle, Shane Ford.

No services will be held.
