Vern Daniel Ford

Vern Daniel Ford, 86, of Idaho Falls, passed away July 7, 2024, at his home. He was under the care of Solace Hospice.

Vern was born July 9, 1937, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Milo Daniel Ford and Lula Marie Louise Nickerson Ford. He grew up and attended schools in Swan Valley and Ririe.

On November 8, 1973, he married Linda Lee in Idaho Falls. Vern and Linda made their home in Idaho Falls where Vern worked in construction.

Vern is survived by his daughter, Cindy (Jason) Shelton-Forman of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Ronda Hager of HI; daughter, Linda (Tim) Henze of Ammon, ID; step-daughter, Nancy Chambers of Pocatello, ID; step-daughter, Morrica Chambers of Salt Lake City, UT; 15 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Milo and Lula Marie Ford; wife, Linda Ford; daughter, Jackie Marie Whitmill; son, Vern Milo Ford; step-son, Michael Chambers; and brothers, Lewis Ford, Shane Ford, and Rocky Ford.
