I am so sad to hear about Val. I wish that I could be there to give you my support but I currently live in Hawaii and I wouldn't make it until after the services. Please know that Val was a wonderful woman that touched my life in a deep way and she will never be forgotten. Val . . . till we meet again . . .

With Heartfelt Sympathy,
May you find comfort in God's word and in the knowledge that others sympathize with you in your loss. Since this may be one of the hardest things we will ever have to cope with, the Bible offers hope. Pointing to a glorious time, Isaiah 25:8 says, "God will actually swallow up death forever and Jehovah will certainly wipe the tears from all faces . . . . " Please read John 5:28,28. It has bought comfort to many bereaved persons and myself. I pray it does the same for you.

Hi, my name is Terrie.
First, let me say you have my deepest condolences on the death of your love one. I know it's a difficult thing, because I lost my parents and my son a few years ago. What helped me, though, was the wonderful resurrection hope Jesus spoke about at John 5: 28-29. I know I will see my love ones again and so will you. I hope you can draw strength from the resurrection hope, and while you wait for it to occur, I hope you can draw peace and comfort from the memories of Val.
Sincerely, Terrie

Our hearts are full and our emotions pushed over the edge. Such a beautiful and sweet woman - we feel to express our deepest feelings of condolences. To us, the 6 of you have been a standard of life for so long. To see pictures of you together gave us pause to think that some things will last forever on this earth. However - once again we have been led to understand the Lord is in control - and in his tender mercies, he said to Val - enough is enough - come on home. I suspect that her mom and dad were also petitioning the Lord to relieve her suffering. Know we feel deeply for your loss but how grateful we all are that it is also a temporary part of the eternal life. God bless you all as you endure just one more heart rendering event in life. We love you all so much.

I just wanted to express my condolences to Valerie's family. I was so sorry to hear of your loss. Valerie was a dear friend to me when I was a teen and in college, and I have so many memories of fun things we did back then. She was a fun, sweet wonderful young woman. I have lived out of state since graduation, but I still think of her often. May the Lord bless you with comfort in this difficult time.
