Trenna Claire Glover-Miller, of Blackfoot, was born on May 7, 1948, in Rexburg, Idaho, the 9th child of her parents, Leland and Hazel Hendricks Glover. She returned to her Heavenly Father on Friday, September 25, 2015, in Blackfoot, Idaho. Still living is one sister, Laurel (Lewis) Jones, of Idaho Falls, and her brother-in-law, with whom she lived for many years, Alfred L. Welch (Julie), of Bountiful, Utah. She was preceded in death by her siblings Darlene (Clark), Viva (Paluscio), Maloah (Welch), Loyal Glover, Lynn Glover, Bonita (Pendleton) and Brent Glover.
Trenna is being lovingly remembered by her extensive family and friends for her genuine caring and loving personality. She always had a ready smile and warm greeting for everyone she met, especially nieces and nephews. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Trenna especially loved to bowl and swim. In her younger years, she participated in many Special Olympics and won numerous trophies and ribbons for her bowling and swimming expertise. Trenna had a fantastic memory and could always be relied on for birth dates and telephone numbers. Although she was handicapped from birth, that did not stop her from having a great desire to learn. She attended elementary schools in Blackfoot and Idaho Falls, including EITC and Bonneville High School in Idaho Falls. Along with her love of learning, she also desired to be a teacher.
