Tommy "Dustin" Childress

Tommy Dustin Childress, 27, of Ammon, passed away January 6, 2017. Dustin was born November 9, 1989, in Rexburg, Idaho, to Jeffrey Charles Childress and Jacqueline Little Childress. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Lincoln High School. Dustin worked many years with O’Callahan’s Event Center/Keefer Island Restaurant and the past couple years he contracted catering food services for the INEL. He loved to be outside, hunting, dirt biking, and snowmachining. He enjoyed hanging out with friends and had so many that loved him. Dustin was such a loving and kind hearted man and will forever be in our hearts, never forgotten. Dustin is survived by his parents, Jeffrey and Jackie Childress of Ammon, ID; brothers, Steven Childress, Dylan (Keisha) Childress, TJ Childress, Chance Childress, and Kodee Little, all of Idaho Falls; sisters, Crystal (Wes) Grow of Idaho Falls, and Kandas (Britton) Danielson of Shelley, ID. A Gathering will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 10, 2017, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road.
