Todd Griffin

IDAHO FALLS, ID - Todd Michael Griffin, 16, of Idaho Falls, died April 25, 2003. Todd was born December 31, 1986, at Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Michael Dee Griffin and Jenilyn Stevenson Griffin. He lived in Pocatello until January, 1993, when he moved with his family to Henderson, Nevada. He attended elementary and middle schools in Henderson. He then moved back to Idaho Falls with his family in November, 2000. He attended Clair E. Gale Jr. High and Idaho Falls High School, where he was a Sophomore. Todd was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and an active member of his Priest’s Quorum. He attended Seminary and was in the process of completing his Eagle Scout project. He recently received his Teacher’s Quorum Duty to God Award. He enjoyed being with his friends and taking long walks along the canal. He had a passion for playing the guitar and could seldom be found without it in his hands. He loved being with his family, especially at reunions. The light of his life was the family dog, Olive. Todd was a wonderful young man and will be greatly missed by family and friends. He is survived by his parents, Michael and Jeni Griffin, a sister, Brittney Griffin, brother, Jeff Griffin, all of Idaho Falls, grandparents, Bud and Myrna Stevenson of Idaho Falls, Wayne & Delilah Griffin and Linda and Richard Moore, both of Shelley, ID; great grandmothers, Rosetta Littlejohn of Sacramento, CA, and Beverly Lent of Shelley. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 28, 2003, at the Idaho Falls LDS South Stake Center, 2055 South Emerson, with Bishop Kenneth Turley of the Shadow Mountain Ward officiating. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge, and Monday from 12:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. at the church.
