Tina Theresia (Pyne) Lewis

Tina Theresia Lewis, 65, of Idaho Falls, was relieved of her suffering on July 14, 2025, at Life Care Center of Idaho Falls, while her heavenly family had a big bowl of ice cream waiting for her.

She was born January 12, 1960, in Las Vegas, Nevada, to Cordell Walter Pyne and Peggy Bernice Carter Pyne. She spent her childhood under the Las Vegas sun before graduating from Western High School. After high school, she attended Brigham Young University where she met her soulmate and forever home, Jeff.

On December 3, 1982, she married Jeffrey Boyd Lewis in St. George, Utah. Tina and Jeff's love story started in Provo, followed by a period in Las Vegas, before settling into Idaho Falls. Their years of love, laughter, and excitement were compounded by being blessed with two children, Joseph and Madison. She was a one-of-a-kind mother and a fantastic wife.

Everybody who knew Tina knows how much she loved entertaining and celebrating with those around her. She was always the life of the party and loved to share her talents for dancing and piano. Her sense of humor was so infectious that it's impossible to find a story that doesn't come with a laugh. She loved animals as much as she loved people, and always welcomed the opportunity to meet a four-legged friend.

Tina is survived by her sweetheart of 42 years, Jeff Boyd Lewis of Idaho Falls, ID; son, Joseph Lewis of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Madison (Jaxon) Lewis-Bird of Idaho Falls, ID; sister, Lisa (Paul) Consentine of Washington; brother, Kevin Pyne of Tennessee; and grandson, Elliott Lewis of California.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Terrence Pyne and Christopher Pyne; and sister, Anita Pyne.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 25, 2025, at the Sage Creek Ward, 3370 North 5th West, Idaho Falls, ID 83401. Before the service, the family will visit with friends from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services at the church. Burial will be in the Lincoln Cemetery.
