Timothy Alan Cramer

Timothy Alan Cramer died peacefully at his home in Ririe, Idaho, surrounded by family, a year ago on May 31, 2023. Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, on July 25, 1957, Tim was a dedicated Nebraska Cornhusker.

Tim suffered from Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig's disease. For those who really knew Tim, he was a very sensitive man. He was extremely passionate. He was an avid outdoorsman. Hunting with his family brought him great joy. Tim was a wizard at arranging and organizing raft trips with friends and family and then floating whatever river in his purple AIRE Raft.

Tim loved his dogs, horses, and cats. The month he was diagnosed with ALS he noticed 8 kittens someone had dumped by the Snake River. He and a good friend captured them and with the help of the Bonneville Humane Society found homes for 6 of them, he and his wife kept 2.

He is survivied by his wife, Shari Sellars of Ririe, ID; brothers, Larry Cramer and Jeff Cramer, sisters Suzanne Dewey, Linda Korth, and Sally Kramer, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, LeRoy and Virginia Cramer.

In honor of Tim, donations can be made to the Bonneville Humane Society, 444 N. Eastern Ave, Idaho Falls 83402. Phone: (208) 529-9725.
