Timothy W. Clifford - 12/13/2001 Timothy W. Clifford - 12/13/2001 TIMOTHY W. CLIFFORD LAYTON, UT -- Timothy Wade Clifford, 48, of Layton, Utah, died December 8, 2001, at the University of Utah Medical Center from cancer. He was born February 28, 1953 in Blackfoot, Idaho to Gordon B. Clifford and Dawn Kelsey Clifford. He has lived in Alaska, Idaho, California, Virginia and Utah during his lifetime. In June 3, 1971, he married Jolene Carter in Idaho Falls. Tim was awarded Bachelor of Chemistry and Bachelor of Physics Degrees after successfully challenging all necessary courses at Idaho State University. He was in the Nuclear navy from June 1973 to January 1981, was Electronics Project Leader with Shugart Corporation from 1981 to 1983, Tim was instrumental in the creation of the 5-1/2" Winchester hard drive, Senior Manager at Panasonic Corporation from 1983 to 1984, President and founder of CyberTechnics Corporation from 1984 to 1996, and Governmental Contracts Manager at HydroEngineering from 1997 to 2001. He was an inventor and was the creator of Chrisma Critters stuffed animals, was a poet, lyricist, musician, writer, chef, world traveler and private pilot. Clifford and brothers, Gregory B. and Dwight David Clifford. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m Friday, December 14, 2001, at the Wood Chapel of the Pines. The family will visit with friends from 7-8:00 p.m. Thursday at Wood Funeral Home. Military Rites will be performed by his brothers at the Taylor Cemetery.
