Theresa Ann Miller

Theresa Ann Miller, 59, passed on July 8, 2025, at her home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, surrounded by her loved ones. She was under the care of Aspen Home Health and Hospice, whom the family is greatly thankful for their loving and compassionate care.

Theresa was born on May 6, 1966, in Tachikawa, Japan, to James Lawrence Miller and Sandra Ann Godsil Miller, who also preceded her in death.

Theresa is survived by her two daughters, Tina Zornes of Idaho Falls and Michelle (Josh) Zornes of Wilmington, NC; two grandchildren, Matthew and Chloe; her loving ex-husband, Terry Zornes of Mebane, NC; her siblings, James (Christie) Miller of Burlington NC, Mark (Nikki) Miller of Idaho Falls, and Mary Boyd of Idaho Falls. In addition, she is survived by many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Growing up in a military family, Theresa lived in many countries and states. She eventually settled in Idaho Falls. Theresa was a Registered Nurse specializing in Dialysis for over 30 years. She was dedicated to her work, patients, and coworkers. She loved every minute of being a nurse. However, the main love of her life was her family. She thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her family, especially at Carolina Beach, North Carolina. She enjoyed fishing in freshwater streams and ocean fishing.

While words can scarcely convey the depth of our loss, they can serve as a tribute to a life beautifully lived. To mourn is to acknowledge the greatness of love; to remember is to keep that love alive, kindled in our hearts. Rest peacefully, knowing you are cherished, remembered, and forever loved.

Memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road in Ammon, Idaho. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5-5:45 p.m. prior to the services.
