Terry Ashment Evans

TERRY EVANS IDAHO FALLS, ID - Terry Ruth Evans, 52, of Roberts, Idaho, died April 26, 2005, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. She was born May 30, 1952, in Casa Grande, Arizona, to Blaine Ellis Ashment and Mary Irene Sexton Ashment. She grew up and attended schools in Swan Valley, attending Irwin Elementary and Bonneville High School. She moved to Houston, Texas, then to Littleton, Colorado, where she lived for three years. While in Colorado, she met and married Clyde R. Evans. They were later divorced. She also lived in Seattle, Washington, for two years, then returned to Idaho Falls, where she attended school to become a mortgage loan processor and worked for several mortgage companies. She enjoyed being near her family and loved her nephews, Kelly (Myrissa) Swearingen, Curtis (Angilita) Swearingen, Gared and Kellen Dale, and nieces, Crystal and Kandi Swearingen and their children, and treated them like her own; she also loved to read, enjoyed camping, riding horses, photography, and was an avid traveler. Surviving are: Father and Stepmother: Blaine E. and Bonnie Ashment, Rigby, ID Sister: Karen (Chuck) Buchanan, Roberts, ID Sister: Penny (Don Drewes) Dale, Idaho Falls, ID 4 nephews and 2 nieces. She was preceded in death by her mother and grandparents. The family will meet with friends from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday, April 29, 2005, at the home of her sister, Penny Dale, 3820 Deer Meadow, (in the Fall Creek addition), Idaho Falls. Arrangements are under the direction of Wood Funeral Home East Side.
