Terrence Horn

Terrence Alan Horn, 77, of Rigby, Idaho, passed away April 28, 2024, at his home.

Terry was born December 27, 1946, in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, to Roy Benjamin Horn and Ellen Mary Boyer Horn. He grew up and attended schools in Chambersburg and graduated from Chambersburg High School in 1965. He retired as an iron worker in 2002.

On December 20, 2003, he married Carolyn Joy Weaver in Palmdale, California. Terrence and Carolyn made their home in Rigby, Idaho.

He played semi-pro football for the Chambersburg Cardinals and loved to watch football. The Chargers and Steelers were his teams. Terry enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and camping. He loved spending time with family, especially his grandkids and great-grandkids. He enjoyed each winter going to Oceanside, California, where he and his wife enjoyed the beach.

Terry is survived by his wife, Carolyn Horn of Rigby, ID; daughter, Tammy (Kip) Feldman of Chambersburg, PA; son, Brett (Jennifer) Horn of Mt. Airy, MD; daughter, Lauri (Roy) Hoffman of Alexandria, VA; daughter, Kimberly (Eric) Clevenger of Williamsburg, VA; son, Brad (Mary) Yourkavitch of Chambersburg, PA; son, Jeff (Laurel) Trimble of Rigby, ID; daughter, Michelle (Jason) Weyand of Nampa, ID; son, Bradley (Sylvia) Weaver of Riverside, CA; sister, Haven (Rick) Short of Las Vegas, NV; brother, Brian (Darlene) Horn of Chambersburg, PA; brother, David (Arlene) Horn of Millsboro, DE; 18 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Daniel Horn; sister, Bonnie Martin; and infant sister, Marlyn Horn.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
