Teresa Belcher

Teresa Ray Belcher, 54, of Menan, passed away November 16, 2015, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center from injuries sustained in a car accident. Teresa was born May 25, 1961, in Memphis, Tennessee, to Kenneth Hjelt and Caroline Clark Hjelt. She grew up and attended schools in Riverton, Wyoming, and graduated from Riverton High School. In 1982, she married Randall Lee Belcher in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. To this union were born 2 sons, Rodney and Kenneth. Teresa and Randy made their home in Menan, Idaho. She enjoyed sightseeing and being in the great outdoors. Teresa loved spending time her family. She would call her mother several times a day and found happiness taking care of her husband. Teresa is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Randy Belcher of Menan, ID; son, Rodney Belcher, of Idaho Falls, ID; son, Kenneth Belcher, of Mitchell, NE; mother, Caroline Clark of Riverton, WY; and her sister, Carol Bolland of Kansas City, KS. She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Hjelt and her brother, Jim Hjelt. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 21, 2015, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Ave. The family will visit with friends Saturday from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services.
