He was born February 26, 1999 in Idaho Falls, to Justin James Rees and Melissa Dawn Mills. He has lived in Ammon all of his life. Tegan liked little trucks, loved to ride daddy’s motorcycle, dancing, and loved kisses. He was a healthy, happy, energetic, loving child. He smiled and sang happy songs, and had beautiful brown eyes.
