Theodore "Ted" Glenn Fullmer, 69 of Mesa, Arizona, passed away Saturday April 23, 2016 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Ted was born June 4,1946, at Pocatello, Idaho, to Darcel H. and Rose Marie Parsons Fullmer. Both his parents have preceded him in death. He graduated from Blackfoot High School and attended UNLV and Idaho State University.

He was employed at the INEL for over 35 years and retired in June 2001, then moving to Arizona. Ted had many friends that he worked with.

Ted married Connie Rowberry on December 1,1967. They were sealed in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple on June 5,1969. They were blessed with two children, Steven Darcel and Jennifer Dawn Fullmer.

Ted was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was a High Priest and served in the Mesa Arizona Temple up until his death.

He loved spending time with his family. Ted enjoyed golfing with his family, family dinners, playing games and holidays. He enjoyed golfing with friends here in Idaho and Arizona. He loved sports of all kinds.

Ted is survived by his wife Connie of Mesa, Arizona; son, Steven (April) Fullmer of Queen Creek, AZ; daughter Jennifer (John) Still of Shelley, Idaho; grandchildren, Shateal Fullmer Willkom (Luke), Colton (Kathryn) Phelps, Nicholas and Colin Fullmer; sisters, Connie (Layne) Young and Carol (Larry) Reader; and special family member Harold Hartwell.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 24, 2017, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road. The family will visit with friends from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. prior to services. Burial will follow in the Iona Cemetery.
