Ted Burke

TED BURKE IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Ted Alan Burke, 44, of Idaho Falls, passed away November 20, 2006, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. He was born October 16, 1962, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Willard L. and Furla Davies Burke. He grew up and attended Idaho Falls schools. He graduated from Bonneville High School and attended Eastern Idaho Vocational Technical College for two years. He married Kristie Woolstenhulme on August 18, 1990 in Las Vegas, Nevada where they lived for 14 years. He worked as a Health Physics Technician at the INL Site. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, camping and cooking at the family cabin. Survivors include: Wife: Kristie Burke, Idaho Falls, ID Son: Brandon Michael Burke Daughter: Malyssa Jean Burke Brother: Daniel Burke, Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Rodney (Gretchen) Burke, Boise, ID Brother: Bradley Burke, Emmett, ID Brother: Wesley Burke, Portland, OR Brother: Marde (Renee) Burke, Owasso, OK Brother: Simon Burke, Idaho Falls, ID Sister: Jan (Tim) Downs, Vancouver, WA Sister: Jill (Tom) Lindgren, Salt Lake City, UT He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Thomas Neil Burke. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 Saturday, November 25, 2006, at the Wood East Side Chapel, 963 S. Ammon. The family will visit with friends Friday from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. and Saturday one hour prior to services, both at Wood East Side. Burial will be in the Iona Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
