Dear Family,
We became acquainted with Tak when he moved into the Gables Assisted Living. Our mother Lois Polson also lives there. We had many opportunities to spend time with Tak. We went to lunch with him many times and to the museum and Bear World. We just wanted you to know how much we grew to love him. He was one of the kindest, most gentle and appreciative men we have ever met. We enjoyed our friendship with him so much and we'll truly miss him. Our sincerest thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
May the Lord bless each one of you.
Sincerely,
Lois Polson, Pattie Arave, Sheila Carter, & Gayle Wrightson

It is with a sad heart that I write this note. I have known Tak for over 35 years and consider him one of the Very Best Human beings I have ever had the privilege to know. He has always been one that could be counted on to help anyone at any time. He always gave of himself and did everything with the utmost of integrity and ethics. He will be sorely missed.
I am sorry that I was not able to attend the funeral.
I wish that I could have spent a day with him on the fishing trip we had spoken about the last time we visited. I will take that fishing trip this summer with my grandchildren and tell them about my friend that could out fish their grandpa.
He will always have a special place in my heart and I hope to meet with him again some day.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
