Susan Welch

Susan Margaret Frankland Welch, 47, passed away April 16, 2013 at her home. Susan was born October 6, 1965, in Chicago, Illinois, to Thomas Wilson Frankland Jr. and Margaret Jean Bouillard. She graduated from T. F. North High School and completed a CNA course at Eastern Idaho Technical School. Susan married Neil V. Welch in July 1984 in Virginia. They were later divorced. She had lived in Idaho Falls for ten years and had previously lived in Indiana, Texas and Virginia. Susan worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She was also employed in a nursing home for a few years. Susan enjoyed puzzles, coloring, and attending concerts. She enjoyed country music and taking pictures. She was a member of the Eagles. Susan is survived by Son, James Richard Welch of Idaho Falls; Son, Steven Michael (Victoria) Welch of Georgia; Son, Nicholas Lawrence (Christina) Welch of South Carolina; Son, Robbie (Melanie) Welch of Virginia; four grandchildren, Luke, Frankie, and Matthew Welch, and Kylie; Sister, Sandy Frankland of Illinois. She was preceded in death by her parents, and grandparents, Margaret, Thomas, and Maxine. The family and friends will gather to remember her at a later date.
