SUSAN OKEY IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Our loving mother, grandmother, and friend, Susan Okey, “Grandma Sue,” passed away suddenly Sunday, May 9, 2010. She was born February 22, 1960, in Portland, Oregon and moved to Salt Lake City in 1993. She was currently residing in Idaho Falls. She was married to David Child and later to Garey Okey. She attended Lincoln High School and Utah College of Massage Therapy. Sue loved the outdoors, fishing, quilting, crafts, spending time with her family, and teaching these skills to her grandchildren. She is survived by her son, Corey (Emily) Lee; grandchildren, Jordan, Alexus, Aubrey and Meadow Lee; her brother Garth (Christy) Loghry; Uncle Ron; Aunt Sharon; and many, many friends. You are loved and missed by all, Grandma Sue! A celebration of life will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, May 15 at The Adventure Church, 352 West 12300 South, Suite 100 in Draper, Utah.
