Susan Drummond

Susan Banks Drummond, 64, of Idaho Falls, passed away February 26, 2016, after her long battle with cancer.

Susan was born June 25, 1951, in San Diego, California, to John David Banks and Mildred Ione Reynolds Banks. She grew up and attended schools in Clairemont, California, and graduated from Clairemont High School.

She enjoyed baking, crafting, sewing, and visiting with her friends and family, especially her children and grandchildren. She always looked forward to holiday gatherings and spending that time with loved ones. Her favorite memories were at the beach, enjoying the sun and sand.

Susan is survived by her daughter, Lori Ann (Chris) Greenleaf of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Jodi Lynne (Robert) Chandler of Idaho Falls, ID; son, Christopher John (Krista) Vigliotti of Idaho Falls, ID; brother, William Banks of West Palm Beach, FL; sister, Judith Boyd of San Diego, CA; sister, Barbara Tushinski of San Diego, CA; 5 grandchildren, Jacob, Ryc, McKenzi, Ivy, and Dominic.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations be made to the Huntsman Cancer Institute, 2000 Cir of Hope Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84112, on her behalf.

A Gathering will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2016, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Avenue.
