Susan Rose White Giallombardo, affectionately known as “Aunt Sue” or Nana,” 58, passed away Friday, April 12, 2013, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center of a heart attack. She was born March 11, 1955, in Salmon, Idaho, to Arthur Wilson White and Rosemary Andrews White. Sue attended Idaho Falls High School and Salmon High School. Sue married Daniel Frances Giallombardo in August of 1978 in Elgin, Illinois. They lived in Elgin, Illinois for 5 years. They divorced in 1983 and she moved to Idaho Falls for the rest of her life. Sue loved photography and worked as a photo technician and clerked at Buttrey’s/Osco, IGA, and KC’s Chevron. Sue enjoyed reading, scrapbooking, hunting, skiing and being a part of raising her grandchildren, Lela Dawn, Tony, Coy, and KennaDee. Sue is survived by Brother, Robert White of Idaho Falls, ID; Sister, Diane McFarlane of Idaho Falls; Sister, Terry (Frank) Bowen of Salmon, ID; Close Personal Friend, Don Glunz, and his children, Shad Glunz, Bobbie (Kenny) Glunz and Nick (Heidi) Glunz. Nephews, Bill (Brandy) Bowen, Dan Bowen, Michael (Alli) McFarlane, and Josh McFarlane, Great Niece, Chloe Bowen, and Great Nephew, Conner Bowen. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 18, 2013, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge. The family will visit with friends from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. Thursday at Wood Funeral Home. Burial Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday at the Salmon Cemetery in Salmon, Idaho.
